We are looking for an Account Manager who is service industry focused and commercially aware.
What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Key Account Director, the role will include desk- based support by phone, email or face to face contact, proactively engaging with customers to support their needs. The key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of medium -turnover customer accounts/contracts by acting as the primary account management point of contact;
- Managing the commercial aspects of the customer contracts and identifying renewals and new business opportunities where appropriate;
- Conducting quarterly Business Reviews in line with CLEAN processes and guidelines and training and educating the customers to ensure compliance is achieved.
What do I need to have to apply?
Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, experienced B2B support service professional, with a background in account management/customer service management. You will be confident and have a pragmatic approach to all levels of negotiation both internal and external.
Candidates will need to demonstrate an excellent phone manner and be competent in using Microsoft packages. You will be able to analyse the customer’s requirements and develop the service offering. You will have strong planning and organising skills with an ability to make decisions and resolve problems in a timely manner as well as knowing when to escalate matters.
