Accounts Administrator Sales Ledger

Exmoor Trim are based in Williton, Somerset and manufacture interior and exterior trim for the Land Rover vehicle range. The Company is globally recognised as the market leader for Land Rover Series and Defender, and Range Rover Classic seating and canvas products.

The Opportunity

To support our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team. This full-time opportunity would suit somebody experienced in Sales Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, Credit Control and Reporting. This role is based in our Administration Office located in Williton.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Posting entries from the bank statements to the Sales Ledger
  • Reconcile Bank Accounts
  • Reconcile Customer Accounts and keep the ledger tidy
  • Issue monthly Customer statements
  • Credit Control
  • Ensure compliance with the Credit Insurance Policy
  • Issue and update the Stop List
  • Produce reports as required using the ERP system and Excel
  • Provide cover for colleague’s holiday
  • Undertake other associated tasks as required

About You

  • To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for a well-educated applicant who has a professional telephone manner, a methodical approach to their work and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in a manufacturing business is desirable.
  • An understanding of ERP systems would be an advantage.
  • We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude.
