Dunster Biomass Heating
We are looking for a new Admin Assistant to work in the office to support the current admin staff team.
For this role an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are required.
General jobs include:
- Answering and diverting incoming calls, taking precise and accurate messages
- Contacting customers to book in service dates
- Booking accommodation for our engineers when required
- Updating and maintaining customer and supplier records and much more
To do this role you need to be able to react quickly, efficiently, think on your feet and have good organisational skills.
No day is the same.
You will need to have the ability to communicate well and most importantly a sense of humour!
Hours reasonably flexible.
The salary is £17,000 – £19,000 pro rata per annum. Full or part time considered
Dunster have been designing, installing and maintaining biomass heating systems for over 12 years. Domestic and commercial purposes.
