A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team in an expanding company, based at Rooksbridge, helping to ensure the smooth running of the business.

To provide a high level of administration and customer service at all times. To assist with the day- to-day requirements and projects.

To operate the telephone system according to the company standards in a friendly helpful and efficient manner, ensuring details from callers are taken accurately and professionally.

  • Answering incoming calls and general administration
  • Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Undertake Data Research and Data Cleansing, as and when required
  • A strong and continuous focus on business development
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Computer Literate – Microsoft office suite
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritise tasks/issues

Hours – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,720 per year
