Discovery are currently recruiting for a new Service Administrator to provide vital administration support in the Yeovil and South Somerset area on a 1 year fixed term contract. As a Service Administrator your role will be to provide administrative assistance to our Locality Managers by maintaining the records and files of services in your area, supporting with payroll and time management systems. You’ll also:
- Assist in co-ordinating diaries and appointments for the people we support
- Assist in the planning and administrative systems to meet the services regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative assistance to the Locality Managers requirements for recruitment in liaison with the central recruitment function.
- Undertake typing of letters, and other documents for the Locality Managers in the service group including documents relating to people we support
To be considered you’ll need to have some experience of working in administration and have an understanding of office procedures, this list isn’t exhaustive so for more information please review the attached job description.
