An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tracker to join the AMU team. The main purpose of the role is to work alongside the Co-ordinator and the receptionists in managing the flow of patients through the unit. It involves being the initial point of contact for anyone visiting the unit and involves working alongside a busy team of administrative and clinical staff. It is a challenging but rewarding and very valuable role.
This post requires excellent communication skills, keyboard skills and customer service experience. You will be required to multitask, prioritise and troubleshoot within a busy fast paced environment. A basic knowledge and understanding of medical conditions is required. Flexibility, reliability and team work are essential. Leadership skills would be an advantage.
You will be required to work the following shifts:
- Weekdays 09.00 – 21.30
- Weekends 12.30 – 20.30
