In this newly created role, your remit will include;

Supporting the development of quality (QA/QC) arrangements for deployment across the MEHA organisation for the HK8010 contract scope.

Ensuring the implementation of quality (QA/QC) arrangements across the MEHA organisation for the HK8010 contract designated scope of work.

Act as single point of contact (SPoC) for quality function in assigned area / scope of work

Supporing the compilation and review of End of Erection Status (EESR)reports and associated records

Managing installation surveillance / inspection activities in assigned area / scope of work

Management of Non-Conformances in assigned area / scope of work

Undertaking actions to resolve issues relating to the implementation of quality and to bring about improvements, and support others in these actions.

Monitoring implementation and effectiveness of quality activities in assigned area / scope of work

Producing quality partitioning strategy for assigned area / scope of work

Reviewing and approving inspection and test plans in assigned area / scope of work

Approving on EESR’s produced in assigned area / scope of work,

Reporting on quality status in assigned area / scope of work

Representing the quality function as single point of contact (SPoC) at various meetings for the assigned area / scope of work

Successful candidates will hold a recognized qualification in a relevant science or engineering subject, or equivalent qualification in a Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC discipline.

You will have a broad experience of implementing a variety of quality related solutions on large projects coupled with a proven track record of delivering results to tight timescales and evolving scope and be able to demonstrate leadership working in a QA / QC environment within the nuclear industry or other highly regulated industry.

Excellent stakeholder management skills also required.

Corporate Member or working towards membership of the Chartered Quality Institute & Chartered Quality Professional

Commercial exposure and experience of contract management arrangements (Preferably NEC 4)
