Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

The South West’s leading family owned holiday resort, Holiday Resort Unity & Brean Leisure Park in Brean Sands, Somerset is recruiting for an assistant food & beverage manager. This is a hands on role assisting with the management a team of up to 30 within our food & beverage department in our a busy family entertainment complex.

Applicants must have experience of all FOH & BOH operations within a similar environment including training, all cellar duties, stock management and health and safety.

This is a permanent role requiring split shifts and weekend working. Live in accommodation available for re-location purposes. BII personal licence, basic food hygiene certificate and SIA door licence desired but not essential. Applicants must have previous supervisory experience within a similar role, be self motivated and have the passion to deliver an exceptional standard of product and service.

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
