Business Development Executive
£22000 – £25000/annum + Annual bonus
We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and trustworthy person to join a dynamic sales team for our client based in Bridgwater.
Our trusted client is a leading manufacturer, based in Bridgwater, Somerset. A fast growing company which has enjoyed exponetial growth over the last few years, they have ambitious plans for the next 5 years and are looking for key passionate players to join the team, and be part of their ongoing success.
They are now looking for Business Development Executive to speak with their customers who have been quoted on their product. If you love building a rapport and speaking to customers on the phone then this could be your next new role.
Key duties and responsibilities…
Manage activity to ensure daily/weekly KPIs are achieved. This will include out going telephone calls, booking appointments and demonstrations alongside lead follow up and external sales reps diaries.
Nurturing leads and converting them to orders
Maintain and track Customer Record Management (CRM), updating as required to keep it ‘clean’ and accurate
Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team and own initiative
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications…
Proven track record of results and achieving targets ideal.
Good understanding of sales process, overcoming objectives
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good IT skills and able to operate an ERP system effectively and fast
Excellent organisation skills
MUST be a team player
Is hungry for success and with a growth mindset
Hours: 08:00 am to 17:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Salary of £22-25k per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Performance related bonus scheme offered
