We are recruiting for a part time Business Partner – HR & OD.
The role of the People function is changing and with it the People Team has undergone a significant restructure that introduces additional capacity to more closely align its services in support of delivering the Council’s key priorities. We have two exciting new opportunities to join the team and play your part in developing and delivering new and enhanced services to meet the changing world of work.
The Business Partner role offers an opportunity for a Level 7 CIPD qualified and experienced HR Manager, ideally with a background in Behavioural Sciences and experience in organisational development and operational HR to take the lead in designing and delivering new employee and leadership development programmes, cultural change initiatives and supporting employee engagement.
This role requires demonstrable skills in critical evaluation, business acumen, cross -cultural awareness and a track record in delivering organisational change initiatives, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR procedures. You will possess excellent planning, organisational and time management skills along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation.
It is critical that your interpersonal skills, relationship management and professional self-awareness qualities are very evident for a post at this level.
