Business Support Apprentice

Responsibilities

Supporting the Business team, you’ll be indulging your love of organisation and working with people. Supported by a dynamic and expert team, you will learn:

  • Dealing with clients via phone and email
  • Helping clients with their loan applications
  • Supporting the team to collect repayments
  • Invoicing and sending receipts
  • Heling the finance team with loan payments
  • Working on the electronic accounts system
  • Processing expense claims
  • General administration

If you have good IT skills, are great with people and would like to indulge your passion for customer service and attention to detail, you will thrive in this role! Experience in working with not-for-profit organisations would be a benefit, but not essential.

Training

During your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards your L3 Advanced Business Administrator Award, delivered by Professional Apprenticeships, who were voted the region’s best training provider and have achieved the highest Ofsted rating.

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills & behaviours, covering topics such as project management, systems & processes, business structures and so much more.
