- Experienced in working in customer fulfilment, preferably within the carrier industry
- Proven experience of managing relationships with multiple service providers, and driving them to deliver the highest standards
- A proven track record of high performance through delivering results, and achieving targets
- Able to demonstrate the delivery of innovation and continuous improvement for the end customer
- A competent user of excel, able to interpret data to reach conclusions and make recommendations
- Familiar with the functionality and use of CMS software to manage carrier integrations and parcel outputs
