Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Chef Manager, you will take pride in ensuring the food we make to order is produced to a high standard of quality. This role is an opportunity to join an environment that is ever changing; we have flexible shift options, and we believe in supporting our colleagues across the business. Therefore, you’ll also have the chance to work at our Hinkley Campus, the main HPC site and our Central Production Kitchen whenever those teams need a hand, and in turn, grow your own experience and skills.
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 2, NVQ Level 2 or Commis Chef Level 2
- Demonstrable chef experience, working with a variety of menus
- A conscientious attitude towards your work

- The ability to work well against time pressures or in demanding situations
- A helpful and supportive approach to teamwork
