Customer Service Administrator
Are you a stickler for precision and have an eye for detail?
Are you hardworking and adaptable and have strong administration experience?
Are you meticulous with your work and a dab hand at data input?
If so, then our client has an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join them on a full-time basis.
Our client who is based near Ilminster has a strong person-centred focus with good values, they look after their employees and keep them at the heart of what they do.
You will be part of a small group of 4 all reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
The ideal candidate will be able to use their initiative in prioritising tasks, especially with timely customer responses and managing the mailbox. You will be updating documents and agreements, meeting deadlines, and determining what is urgent along with general admin on a day-to-day basis.
You will be working 37.5 hours a week.
Salary is £18,000 per annum along with great benefits (including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.)
Do you have:
– Data entry experience
– An eye for detail
– Experience with Outlook and Excel
– Good customer service skills
