Customer Service Advisor – Priorswood

Our Ecommerce Distribution Centre in Taunton Priorswood now has a vacancy for a part-time Customer Service Advisor working from 3pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays. In this role, you will be working as part of a small team and will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service both over the phone and online.
As well as this you will support our branch network in processing eCommerce orders, including processing refunds; work closely with our eCommerce Distribution Centre in processing customer orders and providing tracking information and assisting the rest of the eCommerce team to support campaigns and sales initiatives.
We are looking for someone with extensive customer service experience, ideally in an eCommerce environment, who is highly organised and able to learn and adapt quickly. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, have a good telephone manner and a good level of written English. Most important is that you have a positive can-do attitude with the drive and enthusiasm to get the job done.
