Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an DMS Co-ordinator to join our construction services UK team at Hinkley HPC, Marine Works.
ROLE PURPOSE:
Delivery Management:- Assisting in the management of deliveries onto site, inclusive of updating the Visitor Management System when applicable; Liaising with teams on-site re co-ordination of deliveries.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assisting in the control of deliveries and vehicles as per the Delivery Management System on and off site;
- Assisting with the management of AIL Abnormal loads on and off site;
- Ensuring all visitors are booked into site as per the VMS in place at HPC;
- Ad Hoc duties as required by the Logistics Co-ordinator.
PERSONAL QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience using NNB Delivery Management System;
- Experience using NNB Visitor Management System;
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Office programmes;
- Experienced Administrator;
- Attention to detail;
- IT literate;
- Proactive;
- Supportive team player.
WORKING HOURS:
Normal working hours, 8am to 5pm, 42.5 hours / week
