We have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team in Taunton, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. This is a fixed term contract until 30 June 2021, with an aim to start in January 2021. The successful candidate will work from home in the first instance due to the ongoing pandemic – once restrictions allow, the postholder will be expected to work from our Taunton office.
Reporting to the Lead Finance Business Partner – Energy, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the Landfill business through insightful financial analysis and influencing, challenging and supporting your Landfill Operations colleagues.
You will also ensure the financial integrity and control of the Landfill business and focus on promoting business growth opportunities with the function.
Our ideal Finance Business Partner will have:
- Experience of building effective working relationships with other financial professionals and with non-finance managers / budget holders.
- Experience of proven and effective time management and priority setting skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and business reporting systems.
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- Full driving licence.
