St Margaret’s Hospice Care provides holistic specialist palliative care to people with life limiting conditions in Somerset.
Are you an exceptional nurse leader with strategic vision who will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure fit for purpose, integrated service that supports, enables and cares for patients and carers across all of St Margaret’s Hospice Care services?
The post-holder will be responsible for the leadership and management of nursing services, ensuring close and consistent working practices across sites and services. This includes inpatient and community teams, the Central Referral Centre, 24 hour advice line and hotel services with hospice centres in Taunton and Yeovil.
The successful candidate will be patient outcome focused and will have an outstanding record of inspiring and driving change, demonstrating quality improvements and will be instrumental in ensuring that the right services reach more people who could benefit from the support of St Margaret’s Hospice Care.
We are looking for candidates with extensive post registration experience, where personal qualities and passion will be as important as professional experience.
