HR Assistant (Pay & Conditions)
Job Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Based at Service Headquarters, Clyst St George, Exeter
Salary: Grade 3 (£20,493 – £22,183 pa)
Full-time: 37 hours per week with a Flexible Working Scheme

We are seeking a highly organised, self-motivated individual with excellent communication, administration and IT skills to join the Pay & Conditions team on a fixed-term basis based at Service Headquarters in Clyst St George, Exeter.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail, as a member of a busy team as well as on their own initiative and will have experience working in an office environment. The post is for 37 hours per week however part time hours will be considered.
The role is extremely varied and will involve providing comprehensive administrative duties including:
- Provision of pay and benefits across all categories of staff including wholetime, on-call, control, support staff and casual.
- Payments for absence management, family leave, injury pensions and restricted duties.
- Employment contracts and associated documents for new starters.
- Maintenance of personal data on HR related systems and as a Personal Record File.
