IT Project Coordinator
Hybrid – HPC Site offices, project offices and remote
MEH Alliance / Balfour Beatty

•    Provides effective applications support ensuring any relevant incidents allocated are quickly identified, prioritised and resolved to ensure the service provided is in line with the required operational targets and business need.
• Supports the implementation of new and changed solutions, including user training.
• Ensures appropriate communication is provided to relevant stakeholders and users on incident and change progress / escalations.
• Participate in regular day to day service administration tasks to ensure the availability of solutions.
• Ensure areas which could potentially adversely affect the business are expediently highlighted.
• Maintains high levels of business engagement, customer and 3rd party engagement
• Helps to identify ways in which technology can be used by the business to drive efficiencies and deliver greater value for the customer
• Proactively identifies areas for improvement, shares lessons learnt across the MEHJV and encourages others to do the same

Context of Role:    
• The role will be to assist the Capability, Strategy Lead and IT Lead Facilities in supporting users and systems for the MEHJV 8010 contract.

Minimum Qualifications
(as per MEH matrix)

• Ideally Degree in relevant discipline (Computer Science or equivalent) or relevant experience.

•    Basic Office 365 Administration
•    Basic SharePoint & Exchange Online Administration
•    Microsoft Desktop Applications (Outlook, Teams)
•    Network printing and driver installation
•    Meeting room AV equipment management
•    General network troubleshooting
•    Windows 10, including iOS/Android
•    Working within a high energy team environment with high dependence on IT services
•    3+ years working on or leading a technical services team
