Location: Clarence Park, Weston- Super- Mare

Hours: 30 hours per week, including alternate weekends

Shift times- 08.30am- 13.30pm, 13.30pm-19.00pm & 08.30am-19.00pm

Salary: Starting at £9.60 (+ £2 p/h overtime enhancement)

THE ROLE

We are now recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant work at our residential nursing home in Weston Super Mare. You will assist the head chef preparing light nutritious meals to people who live at the home and ensure all hygiene regulations and practices are adhered to and that the kitchen is clean at all times.

As an established care home group, we pride ourselves in providing a safe environment for both staff and residents. We provide full PPE, as well as regular Covid-19 testing, excellent standards of infection control and ongoing training opportunities. Quite simply, we want to keep you safe so we can keep the residents safe.

THE RIGHT PERSON

You will need to have experience in a similar role, good communication skills and be a team player. Experience of working in a care home environment would be advantageous.
