Lead Operator Jubbly Line
An opportunity has arisen on our new Jubbly Line in the bottles factory, for a permanent Lead Operator.
As a Lead Operator you have the responsibility of maximising the effectiveness of the processing operation on a day to day basis, by overseeing labour, materials and machinery utilisation.
You will be an expert on all processes within the plant, in the area and have accountability for ensuring waste is kept to an absolute minimum.
There will be a requirement to support the running of the shift in the presence or absence of the Responsible Manager. The size of the overall team will determine the emphasis being put on leadership accountabilities and process machine operating expectations.
About you
With extensive operational experience you’ll have a good understanding of how equipment works and have experience of developing others. You’ll be a natural leader with excellent coaching and influencing skills to motivate others and achieve outstanding results.
