Learner Support Practitioner
Foxes Academy is an Ofsted outstanding specialist college for young adults with learning disabilities (18-25 years old). We offer training in independent life skills, plus the opportunity to learn catering skills in Foxes Hotel. The happiness, well-being and success of our learners is at the centre of everything we do.
As one of our Learner Support Practitioners your role will be to assist our students in Residential Houses and Foxes Hotel to help achieve our mission which is to equip young adults with learning disabilities to find sustainable employment in the hospitality sector and to live independently.

Although previous experience is desirable, not essential, successful candidates are likely to demonstrate:

There are a variety of shifts including weekends, evenings and sleep-ins which would require complete flexibility as this can consist of shift patterns between 7am-10.30pm (days) and 10pm-7am (Sleep ins).
