Level 2 Swim Coach

Taunton Deane Swimming Club are recruiting for a Level 2 Swim Coach to be working with its county and regional targeted swimmers.

Hours: 10-20 hours available, mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

• NPLQ or Rescue Test for teachers or ability to obtain (essential)
• Land training qualification (desirable)

The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check and references.

The Role:

• The applicant will be required to integrate within a strong coaching team, delivering swimmers to regional standard and beyond.
• The applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to forward plan progressive pool sessions, deliver challenging and technical workouts in line with established LTAD models and the club’s framework and be able to engage and communicate with all stakeholders.
