Morson International are currently recruiting for a Merlin Simulator Administrator based at RNAS Yeovilton on a full time, permanent basis.
This is working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Coordinate with the Merlin Simulator Support Services Manager in supporting the administrative role functions and visitor reception activities within the Merlin Mk4 Simulator and actively participate in the production of finance administration.
- Manage, control and issue building keys
- Issue of visitor and student passes
- Management of internal and external post
- Monthly finance reports
- Generate purchase requisitions
- Implement or manage Merlin Simulator administration documentation
- Data entry on to the internal database
Skills and experience required:
- Administrative experience is essential
- IT literate (Microsoft Office), experience using SAP would be desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
