Are you an experienced Care Supervisor available for night shifts and looking to progress your career? If so then joining our fantastic team in Yeovil could be just the right choice for you.

As a Night Care Supervisor you will support the overall running of the night shift, leading and co-ordinating the team to ensure the shift runs smoothly and efficiently. You will provide direct care as well as offering supervisory guidance to your colleagues, ensuring the needs and wishes of every resident are assessed and met to the highest standards.

This is a 35 hour per week position starting at 9.00pm through to 07.30am. Our rota’s are planned with alternating weeks, working 2 week nights plus Saturday and Sunday one week and then 3 week nights the following week with no weekends (although a degree of flexibility is required to meet our residents needs).

About you

You’ll need experience in a leadership/supervisory role and must hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. We have an excellent L&D team who can support you to continue learning and enable you to gain further qualifications and progress your career in care.
