PCR Facilitator / Family Support Worker

Polden Bower School is looking for a confident PCR Facilitator/Family Support Worker on a permanent contract to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be contracted to work term time and INSET days plus an additional 4 weeks during the school holidays. Annual leave will need to be taken during school holidays.

Hours of work will be 37 per week as follows:  Monday to Friday, 8.30 am start,

Monday finish time 5 pm, Tuesday to Thursday 4.30 pm and Friday 3.30 finish time

Grade 12 point 12 -19 dependent upon experience. Annual gross salary per annum approximately £21,571 – £24,696

The successful candidate will be confident, inclusive and a patient individual who is able to lead and oversee the Annual Review Process for children and young people’s EHCP’s.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualities:

  • Be able to facilitate multi-agency meetings
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have a good understanding of the Early Help system
  • Be flexible, creative and solution focused
  • Have the ability to build professional, positive and trusting relationships with children, young people and families
