People Experience Partner – UK

Managing two PX advisors for the region, you will support and deliver the people strategy for the business area, providing commercial, pragmatic and value-added solutions to build high performance, outstanding stakeholder experience and compliance to company and legal standards.
You’ll develop talent and succession plans, which you’ll review regularly, not to mention coaching and supporting managers to review team performance and deliver feedback. There’ll be employee relations issues to advise on, not to mention rewards packages as you help managers to be consistent and fair. In short, you’ll use all that great knowledge and experience of yours to deliver HR policy and procedural advice that is second to none.
This national role will be covering all of our Full Price and Outlet Stores in the UK and ROI.
Of course, we’re looking for a seasoned Human Resources expert with extensive Retail exposure. Someone who knows how to work with Stores and Stakeholders to develop partnerships is essential for this role. A specialist in Employee Relations, Reward, OD and People Change, you’ll be far more than just CIPD qualified. This is a role for someone with boundless energy and a great attitude who loves to interact with other HR teams, have credible impact and influence in all the right ways. Collaborative, commercially astute and with a strong sense of purpose, you’ll be ready for whatever the role throws at you – including plenty of travel.
