Pricing Analyst

The role

Working at our Head Office in Yeovil, this role is a great opportunity to join a successful business and become an integral part of a growing team.  Bradfords Building Supplies is a well-known and respected builders’ merchant.  Within this role you will be working alongside the Pricing Manager to provide data analysis on market pricing, reviewing and adjusting our pricing both in branch and online.


What you will be doing

In this role you will assist in the day-to-day banding reviews to ensure a competitive and flexible pricing structure within branch, identifying areas of potential growth and opportunity and presenting suggested changes and the potential impact on the business to relevant stakeholders. You will also work alongside the ecommerce department to set up and maintain a pricing system for the online market, and ensure compliance with company policy, procedures and standing orders at all times.


What we’re looking for

The successful candidate will have in-depth understanding of Microsoft Excel, have achieved an A-Level qualification in maths, statistics, or equivalent experience, and have knowledge of building material and builders merchant practices. You will have excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure, and thrive working both on your own and with others in your team.
