Product Data Controller

The role

Working as part of our Product Data Team at our Head Office in Yeovil, this role is a great opportunity to join a successful business and become an integral part of a growing team.  Bradfords Building Supplies is a well-known and respected builders’ merchant.  Our Product Data Team play a key role in the business and this role provides operational support for the day-to-day administration of data management.


What you will be doing

With responsibility for end to end management of the data held on our systems, you will provide the link between our Category Management Team and our Website Team, ensuring that requests are dealt with and deadlines are achieved.   Your remit will ensure that the data uploaded is fit for purpose and that all relevant descriptions including product benefits, pricing and photographs are accurate.  In addition, you will take responsibility for managing the price increase process; this is a key element of the role and ensures the business maximises its profitability.


What we’re looking for

You will have excellent administration skills with the ability to focus on the task, pay attention to detail and work accurately and independently.  Along with a confident and positive attitude, you will enjoy being part of a team.  As the role involves uploading data onto our system, you will be able to demonstrate good IT skills and be a competent user of Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
