Recovery Navigator ( 1 x 0.6 FTE)

Hours: 22.2 hours per week on a rota basis between the hours of 5.45pm-12.15am

Contract: Permanent post

Salary: £21,301 – £23,284 pro rata per annum

Location: Weston-super-Mare

We’re looking for people to support us deliver a new service. The purpose of this service is to provide a safe, welcoming, comfortable place for people in immediate acute emotional distress. The focus of this service is on supporting episodes of emotional distress rather than ongoing support intervention. The post will be based in a central location in Weston-super-Mare.

You’ll have experience of working with people with long term mental health and complex needs and carrying out needs and risks assessments. You will need to take a holistic view, with a recovery and psychologically informed approach.

You’ll be a good communicator, be great at building trust and be keen to work as part of a new team to contribute to the delivery of this valuable service.

This is a night time service, so you will need to be able to work evenings.
