Do you want to be part of a new and exciting way of working with people in North Somerset who need support?

Do you have compassion and empathy for people who are struggling with their mental well-being?

If so, this could be the role for you.

We’re looking for people with passion, empathy and experience to deliver a new service in primary care as part of the Woodspring social prescribing service.
