The Relief Support Worker role:
As a Support Worker, you will be involved with a mixture of exciting activities and supporting with daily living tasks, dependent on the individual you are supporting. Each individual has support that is highly focused on them and their goals and we are looking for someone who is able to engage and have a positive impact to promote our values and have a rewarding career. The additional benefit of a Relief Support Worker role, is that the shifts will fit around your commitments.
As a Support Worker at the Brambles you will be supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to go about their daily lives, in as fulfilling and independent a way as possible. This is an incredibly varied role as the people we support love to get up to all sorts of different activities such as arts and crafts, cooking, gardening and enjoying time outside as well.
You will be well supported when you join our team by experienced colleagues. Your first week with us will be spent doing an in-depth digital induction covering some of the core elements of the job, before immersing yourself fully into the exciting day to day at the Brambles.
