As Returns Administrator, you’ll bring everything that goes on in our department into sharp focus. Whether you’re managing diary engagements or meeting schedules, your organisational flair means that the Returns Manager always knows what’s happening, what’s happened and what’s coming next.

You’re that person in the department who has a handle on everything. And you’ll be the one they come to when business decisions require that crucial bit of data. Because they can count on your skills. They’ve seen the way you present and distribute reports – they know that the relevant database, research and business information is always at your fingertips.

And you know it, too. Because you organised all our systems. So that whenever information is needed it’s right there – present, correct and on schedule. And that’s how you’ll help Clarks move forward as a more efficient, smarter 21st century business.

 

A bit about you

Yes, you’ll be supporting the Returns Manager – but in many ways this is a role for someone who is capable of being their own boss. You won’t need telling what your daily priorities are. Not just because you’re experienced in administrative support but because your organisational instincts tell you. You’re the kind of person who works things out on their own.

That’s not to say you won’t enjoy the support of a great team – that’s a big part of the Clarks ‘way’ – it’s just that you enjoy feeling a sense of your own competence. Whether you’re managing schedules, responding to emails or carrying our routine tasks with Excel or Word, your intervention always makes life easier for the whole team both in your department and, by extension, throughout our whole organisation. It’s what makes you a pleasure to deal with by email, phone or in person. And it’s what makes us a business.
