Sales Office Administrator
We are recruiting for a Sales Office Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of sales orders received through the internet, email or telephone.
Full training is provided and your salary will be dependent on experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders using the Globalshop system (Training Provided)
- Maintain daily contact with customers by email and phone
- Liaise regularly with the sales team
- Liaise with production regarding lead-times for products
- Communicate current lead-times to customers and update existing customers on their order progress
- Advise customers on product related queries
- Obtain transport quotes when required for overseas destinations.
- Have a good understanding of the Exmoor Trim website
- Influence the customer to maximise the sales order value
- Provide excellent aftersales support
- Undertake other associated tasks as directed by the Sales Office Manager
Person Specification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a methodical way with excellent attention to detail
- IT literacy including MS Office
- Experience using an ERP system is advantageous
- Able to prioritise and organise own workload, meet deadlines, manage competing demands and respond to non-routine requests, often at short notice, whilst still meeting deadlines
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a sales environment and contributing to company profitability
- Experience in working effectively in a team environment.
