Screwfix are at the cutting edge of performance marketing and as Senior Campaign Co-ordinator you will be working within the Product & Performance Team and reporting to the Campaign Development Manager.

You will be responsible for building effective multi-channel customer marketing campaigns using our state-of-the-art campaign planning software, whilst also setting up customer level promotions to support. You will be part of the wider Product & Performance team, helping to develop and implement improvements to our ongoing customer marketing campaigns.

You will need to implement multi-channel marketing campaigns closely following briefs to ensure accurate and effective customer selections, pro-actively recommending any improvements / enhancements to the stakeholder. Working independently, you will ensure that your campaigns and promotions are built to the correct standards. Support the Campaign Development Manager by training, mentoring the team, deputising in their absence at meetings and signing off campaign selections, promotions as the senior in a ‘buddy system’.

You will be responsible for business level promotional reporting, analysing requirements to ensure adherence to brief, making recommendations as appropriate.

You will need to set-up, test and report on customer led promotions/discounts. Liaise with IT to ensure support and system impacts are actioned. Monitor the campaign schedule, highlighting forthcoming deadlines and advising relevant stakeholders. Ensure we maintain compliance with GDPR/PECR regulations.

  • Experience of coaching and mentoring team members
  • Experience and/or knowledge of campaign management and reporting software desirable
