Fox and Goose
As Sous Chef at the Fox & Goose Inn you will work closely with the head chef in producing quality food in a pub style environment.
The Sous chef must have previous kitchen experience in producing dishes from scratch and have good management skills along with a real drive to succeed and grow.
You must be confident to manage the kitchen in the head chefs absence, inspire and organise the commis chefs, ordering, stock control, a good head for financials/pricing up dishes and be able to produce exciting daily specials.
The job will require 40 – 45 hrs per week which will include evenings and weekends.
