Store Manager Taunton (Mobile)
We buy, sell and exchange mobile phones and tablets. Our mission is to successfully transition our Phone Converters brand and business to be market leaders in the South West.
Due to a rapid company expansion we are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible person with an enthusiasm for sales to cover absence in our stores. This is a full time customer facing role where no two days are the same and a majority of the time will be spent lone working although you will have the help and support of the Phone Converters team.
You will be reliable and trustworthy. With our bonus scheme there is potential to earn up to £25,000 pa.
We thrive on offering our roles with a relaxed atmosphere, and we offer full training for you alongside full technical support at all times, if you should ever need it. We provide you with a company vehicle to travel to the store location which would be collected at our head office every morning and returned back every evening, fuel is also provided and travel time from the Head Office in Taunton will be paid. Applicants must have no more than 6 points on their driving licence, for insurance purposes.
In brief, you do not need to be a technical wizard or have any mobile phone knowledge to come and work with us, you just need to be reliable, trustworthy, patient, relaxed and happy to chat to customers and see if you can be of any help to them.
Experience of working in a similar role would be great but it’s not essential as we are more interested in your ability to learn fast, build effective relationships, successfully promote our products using social media and demonstrate a great attitude towards customer service.
