About the role:
As a Support Worker at the Brambles you will be supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to go about their daily lives, in as fulfilling and independent a way as possible. This is an incredibly varied role as the people we support love to get up to all sorts of different activities such as arts and crafts, cooking, gardening and enjoying time outside as well.
You will be well supported when you join our team by experienced colleagues. Your first week with us will be spent doing an in-depth digital induction covering some of the core elements of the job, before immersing yourself fully into the exciting day to day at the Brambles.
