Support Worker – Waking Nights
We are delighted to be working with a client on the outskirts of Yeovil to recruit for Support Worker on WAKING NIGHT SHIFTS to join their fabulous team within a stunning location.
As a Support Worker on Waking Nights you will be helping young people develop skills for life and be that mentor and role model for them so they are able to achieve their goals for later life.
What great about this role is that you will be really making a difference to someone life and full training and inductions will be given so even if you dont have experience with these types of roles but do have a passion to make a difference then great! We want to hear from you!
To be successful in this role you will
- Be passionate about supporting young people
- Have a calming and and mature nature
- Be an excellent communicator
- Be flexible in working shifts on a rota basis
Working 40 hours per week on a rota basis including some weekends with night shifts starting at 1030pm and finishing at 730am. You will be part of a large supportive team and will work with people who have additional learning needs and autism.
