Intensive Dementia Support Service East Team Administrator
We are seeking to recruit highly motivated and experienced Band 3 Team Administrator to work in the Intensive Dementia Support Service East Team. The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration service to the team including typing, scanning, filing, managing incoming and outgoing mail, manage and receive telephone calls and messages, taking minutes of clinical and team meetings.
The post holder will have effective communication skills and be courteous at all times, supporting the multi professional team members with administrative tasks, and generally assisting in the co-ordination of the smooth running of the service as a whole. In addition the post holder will provide administrative support to the team manager.
The post will providing administrative cover in the Intensive Dementia Support Service East Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.
The post holder must be enthusiastic, committed to team work and multidisciplinary working. Good time management skills are essential, alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an empathetic and compassionate approach.
