Training and Advice Supervisor
We are recruiting for a key member of our team, who will work on two vital functions, the training of new advisors (most of which is delivered remotely using on-line training sessions and self-study), and the supervision of the core advice service.
This is a dynamic role. Candidates who do not have experience in both will be considered, and full induction and training will be provided. Our service helps people with critical problems affecting their income, housing, personal safety, employment to name a few. We are in increasing demand following the pandemic. This role will play a key part in ensuring that the advice we deliver helps people resolve those problems quickly and effectively.
Citizens Advice Taunton works in partnership with the other Citizens Advice offices in Somerset, and this role may work across several of those in the future.
Some home working may be possible, and job share will be considered.
