Warehouse Operative.
As a DC Operative, you’ll help our Distribution Centre to run like clockwork. You’ll unload stock, pick and pack orders, and deal with returns, making sure that records and information are accurate.
Delighting our consumers is at the heart of everything we do, and in this role you will work as part of an engaged, motivated team to fulfil our consumer orders on time and in full.
Please note that you’ll be on an annual hours contract. This means you’ll be paid for a full-time, permanent role – but your hours could change from week to week, depending how busy we are. In short, you need to flexible. For example, you could go from working over 40 hours per week at peak times, to 24 hours per week when it’s quiet.
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll have worked in Distribution or a warehouse before. If not, don’t worry – we’ll give you full training. To join us, you need to be literate, good with figures and ready to work to Health & Safety rules. An eye for detail is also essential, while IT skills and COSHH training are useful. Above all, you need to be a good teamworker who gets on with other people. Friendly and helpful, you’ll have strong communication skills, both face-to-face and on paper.
