Your team will be working quickly to replenish stock accurately ensuring our customers get the deliveries they need on time every time. Our Warehouse can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. But if you and your team take real pride in what you do, our customers will notice and love us all the more for it and that is where you come in.

Day-to-day

Supporting. Whether it’s assisting  a Senior Supervisor or Shift Manager, you’ll work closely with the other departments, to ensure smooth running of the department, ensuring all priorities are met and 200 + spaces are achieved per shift. You’ll lead the team with a smile on your face – no matter how busy you are and coach your people to do the same. You will monitor KPI’s and report on daily figures.

Leading by example, you will induct and train new and existing team members, carry out people and HR related tasks such as absence management and performance views in line with our people plan as well as maintaining compliance.

Improving. Never resting on your laurels. Identifying risks and formulating ideas to reduce them, making proposals for improvement and implementation. And when it comes to your team, you’ll do the same; mentoring, coaching and developing them to help them fulfill their roles and progress with Toolstation.

Building a fun working environment. Maintaining our great product availability and high standards, while making sure that it’s somewhere everyone loves coming to work.

What you’ll bring
