SBA CIC and Sedgemoor DC have teamed up to create ‘The Hub’. This service is designed to support people between 18-24 in Sedgemoor to gain free-of-charge confidence building, employment skills, and careers support.
Support is made up of:
- Personality Profiling
- 1-1 Mentoring
- CV Support
- Mock Interviews
This programme is aimed at assisting those who are currently economically inactive into work, and is designed to help delegates with self-development by discovering individual potential, their strongest points and their areas for growth, as well as helping them grow their self-esteem and gain practical advice and skills to support them into the world of work.
The Hub is live and ready to accept referrals. It is available to all of those within the Sedgemoor District aged between 18-24 that are in receipt of universal credit.
